Spinach Avocado Smoothie

3-INGREDIENT SMOOTHIE

Welcome back you amazing human! This creamy green smoothie is rich in nutrients and flavor! This smoothie your body and brain will love and respect you for slurping down. And while this gorgeously green drinky-drink may look less like a treat and more like penance for all the vodka-tonics and buffalo wings consumed on game day, I assure you I’d happily sip my veggies in this form any day.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 1 tbs chia seeds (IF YOU PREFER )

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

 Simply follow ingredients in order. Main liquid should be the added FIRST to any smoothie. It sets the consistency of prettygirlsoothies. Never put yogurt first. The yogurt will stay stuck to the bottom. Its always important to chop all fruits and vegetables before blending your prettygirlsmoothies. I recommend prepping all smoothies in advance (as soon as you get home from the store). TAKES 10-15 MINS MAX
